ADULT MUAY THAI CLASSES
This is not your run-of-the-mill chain boxing gym. We value and spend time with every member to ensure proper and safe technique, provide variety in our classes and diligently maintain an energetic and positive culture.
Get a full-body workout with our Muay Thai classes! Our range of classes are designed for the everyday fitness enthusiast — no matter your age or experience level. Muay Thai is known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes — using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" (fists) in boxing.

What's the first class like?
We’ll give you a proper welcome by showing you our facilities, introducing you to our coaches and making sure you understand the format of the class before we put you in. Our goal is for you to understand how we teach and interact as a gym.
